Using grapes sourced from New Zealand’s premier Sauvignon Blanc growing region, Marlborough, this wine was made by Dean Shaw at the Central Otago Wine Company.
Capsicum, gooseberry passionfruit and ginger aromatics on the nose, are evident with a characteristic racy acidity on the palate giving the wine a warm rich mouth feel and a distinctive lingering finish.
