When Sam Neill isn’t escaping dinosaurs in Jurassic Park films or starring in hit TV series, he’s running his vineyard, Two Paddocks. Neill’s not all that fond of the celebrity wine-maker category though, telling The Drinks Business: "I’ve been making wine for 20 years and don’t want to be lumped into that category.” Interestingly, Neill's vineyard lies in New Zealand's Gibbston.
