Haymaking: Early Days

So. First blog for ages since the Prop has been sulking about the upgrading of our site for ages.

Speaking of which, this agonising process is almost over. We think its beginning to work now and looks like we want it to. So let's start with something … possibly a tad boring. Just the way blogs should be. Kidding.

Today we cut hay in our fields. And here’s the thing - this is easily the earliest year we’ve done that. BECAUSE ... (don’t turn off yet) this is the warmest most generous spring, so far, we’ve ever had in 25 years. Last year, by contrast, it was all wet and cold. So, all sets fair for a great 2018 season.
