2006 Picnic Riesling

The label shows the proprietor's grandparents picnicking with friends at Wanaka circa 1920. Happy days.

Made from grapes sourced from Redbank and supplemented with fruit from Waipara, North Canterbury, this is an elegant fruit driven style of Riesling.

Lime, spice, ginger and floral aromatics are characteristic with an elegant sweet warm texture and soft finish.
