Hollywood's favorite adventurous hat-wearing scientist...well, that'd be Indiana Jones. But a respectable second: Sam Neill in Jurassic Park. Neill lives in New Zealand, one of the hottest wine countries right now. His pinot noir is not easy to find but is worth the effort, with a meaty scent and silky juiciness.
